You've probably heard the term 'shadow work' before, but what is it? Our shadow selves are the parts of us that we're not so proud of, the traits and attributes that cause us to feel embarrased, shameful and hide away from the world. These parts hide away in our subconcious in the form of old and outdated beliefs. 


Naturally, the more familiar we can become with these parts of ourselves, the easier we can take ahold of our lives. The purpose is not to shun the shadow, but befriend it, to love and accept that for a part of your life, these believes and behavious served you. 


Together we'll dive into your subconcious, and attempt to reprogram, e nabling the light and dark in you, to come forth and dance, so that you can go forth and live through your power.
