I coach souls to return to themselves and find inner peace, purpose and wholeness. Transforming trauma, deep acceptance of self and inner child work are three of the main seats of exploration we take. I found my highest joy and now I teach others how to express theirs. 

I hold a space of deep awareness, creating still waters for deeply embedded subconscious patterns of the mind to slowly peak to the surface, where we can transmute them together and gently move past any blocks holding you back.
